Greenfield coal-mining complex
The Caval Ridge mining complex is located just south of Mackay, Queensland. The mine spans to 27 kilometres, making it the largest greenfield coal mine in Australia. The complex produces hard export metallurgical coal for use as coke in steel mills in China, India, and elsewhere.
Our Mackay branch was chosen to source product to specification for the complex, which also included the construction of facilities and infrastructure to support mining and processing.
