Kanban process
Kanban is our most popular inventory management solution.
Whether you need product to hand on your production line, or materials on a construction site, kanban system can be set up within your facility or within a shipping container.
1) Each product is assigned two bins. Order quantities and frequencies are determined during the service planning phase
2) After the first bin is used, it is placed in the stillage
3) On a scheduled day, empty bins are returned to our warehouse
4) The bins are scanned, and a quote is sent to you for approval
5) Upon approval, the bins are refilled and sent back to you
6) The full bin is returned behind the remaining bin
