Our Returns Policy
Any claims that the Products are not in accordance with our Terms, or a Purchase Order must be submitted to the Seller (with particulars) within 7 days of delivery. If the Customer fails to give that notice, then to the extent permitted by law, the Products must be treated as having been accepted by the Customer and the Customer must pay for the Products in accordance with these Terms.
Products approved for return by the Seller must be returned in an undamaged, good, and saleable condition. Claims for non-delivery must be made to the Seller within 14 days from the date of invoice. If the Seller authorises the return of undamaged Products, the Customer must pay the Seller a restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced cost of the returned Products. To the extent permitted by law, any Products manufactured or purchased by the Seller exclusively for the Customer may not be returned to the Seller.
