Tension Control Structural Assembly K0

Tension controlled assemblies are designed to eliminate operator error and installation issues in structural bolted connections. By using the specified material thickness and correct hole size, installation is fast and guaranteed. Tension control bolts can be used in both shear and tension connections. With no bolt relaxation there is no torsional twisting induced during tightening. Another benefit of this assembly is that it does not loosen from vibrations, meaning no lock nut is required to secure the connection and the dome head offers no rotation during installation. Suitable for structural steel connections in bridges, wind farms, towers, airports, rail and more.
